LA MAISON DE GARDIEN

Our gite is now available for bookings. This long building once housed an old stables and caretaker’s house. Today it has been fully renovated to provide a two bedroom gite with fully equipped kitchen.

On the ground floor the master bedroom is particularly spacious, while the second bedroom is on the upper floor, smaller in size but perfectly formed. Both bedrooms have kingsize beds with pocket sprung mattresses made with all natural fillings.

Exposed oak beams feature accross the sitting room and the master bedroom. There is underfloor heating for the cooler months as well as a newly installed woodburner for cosying up.

For the warmer months French doors give direct access to the park where guests can enjoy their own seating area for dining under the shade of the trees.

The fully equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to whip up a meal or simply assemble goodies from the market.

The market is twice weekly (Wednesday & Saturday) and is on throughout the year come rain or shine!

If you don’t feel like cooking there is an abundance of restaurants close by from Michelin starred dining to simple bistrots and everything in between.
